GAP ANALYSIS AUDIT
A Gap Analysis Audit is an objective assessment of your organisation's current arrangements against an ISO standard to determine to what extent requirements and objectives are being met. It enables a business to decide how to adjust and customise its processes in accordance with management needs and resources, to achieve compliance against an ISO standard and respective legal requirements.

An ISO Gap Analysis Audit can be an ideal place to start when implementing a new ISO standard or get an overview of current compliance to take matters forward. A Gap Analysis Audit is therefore often used as a cost-efficient alternative to a full Audit.
The outcome of a BEP Gap Analysis Audit allows an organisation to identify and more effectively prioritise their ‘gaps’ to enable forward planning. The BEP team will also provide expert advice and propose affordable business solutions to sustainably bridge unwanted gaps.

To following customer information is needed to prepare a Gap Analysis Audit quotation:

The ISO management standard to be audited against,
Vision and mission of the organisation,
Main and remote facilities with related products and/or services included in the management system,
Number of departments at each facility (e.g., finance, operations, maintenance, HR, IT, marketing, shipping, procurement etc.),
Number of processes in each department (e.g., HR – recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance appraisals),
Number of employees per process and department.
Policy, system procedures, system manual
After receiving the required information from the customer, BEP will provide a GAP Analysis Audit proposal. A 50% deposit is required for BEP to set dates for the Audit, with the balance to be paid after the Audit is complete. As output, customers will receive an Audit report including a proposal to mitigate gaps to comply with the standard.
