ASSISTED IMPLEMENTATION

Assisted implementations are intended for customers implementing an ISO or Tailings standard but lacking management capacity or capability to see the project through to completion.

Our Assisted Implementation option give customers the flexibility to choose the assistance they need to realistically achieve the goals set for an ISO or Tailings standard implementation. This may vary from seeking leadership, technical advice or additional capacity to complete outstanding actions.

With Assisted Implementations BEP operates with the objective to help customers develop sufficient in-house capacity to set up and sustainably operate their Management System. In line with standard requirements BEP also equips senior management to take ownership of the customer Management System.

Services provided under Assisted Implementations include:

Desktop, GAP Analysis or Internal Audits,
Determining, aligning and measuring strategic objectives,
Providing Management Systems awareness training,
Coaching and developing management and employees,
Assisting with planning towards certification,
Setting-up or reviewing context statements, systems, policies, processes, plans, objectives, risk assessments, manuals, procedures, forms to meet requirements posed by legislation, customers, suppliers, contractors, guidelines or standards,
Setting up or guiding management review meetings,
Preparing for external audits or reviews,
Resolving and closing out findings,
Performing unbiased incident investigations,
Giving advice and support.

The time needed to complete an Assisted Implementation will depend on the scope of the work required, the timeframe selected and the type of assistance requisted. BEP employees will deliver outcomes in line with customer agreed proposals.
